Statement of Faith

Operation Care is a Christ-centered, non-denominational ministry. We are believers in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, born of the Virgin Mary, who was crucified, died, buried, and resurrected, and we who believe in Him have Eternal Life in Christ. We believe He will come again in great power and glory.

We believe that individuals are saved through a direct, personal encounter with the risen Lord, at which time they are regenerated by the Holy Spirit. We believe the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative written Word of God.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whom Christ indwells each believer, enabling him or her to live a godly life of obedience as he or she reaches maturity. We believe the Holy Spirit unites all true believers in the Lord Jesus Christ and that together, they form one body, the church. We especially believe the greatest Gift is the Love of Jesus Christ – the motivating force behind all our efforts.

Caring for the Community

“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor. He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound.”
Isaiah:61:1
